About Us
The VALLADENS GROUP which is vested with the authority of managing the SPRINGDALE LADIES HOSTEL, which is established in 2010. The Matron has authorized to manage the affairs of the hostel. The matron is assisted by a team of Staffs and all of them are normally residents of the hostel. Maintenance of hostels and mess facilities is managed by the matron with the help of supervisory staff.

The Vision of Springdale is providing the best and comfortable stay for Working Women/Girls Students coming to our premises. Considering their Safety, Health comport and facility with a perfect emphasize to provide them best and hassle free environment so that they can utilize their time and achieve their career goals.
Our Mission
The mission of Springdale is boldly displayed at all important and strategic points in the hostel area. This dictum silently contributes to the healthy environment of commitment and discipline among the ladies. The ladies are encouraged to develop community life and inculcate the spirit of tolerance, thus taking care of their psychological and emotional problems and shape themselves to be better citizens.
Installation of computer systems in the hostel rooms should be done only after getting written permission from the Matron.
The Management/ Hostel authorities will conduct surprise checks periodically and if anyone is found violating the above rule, disciplinary action will be taken against her.
GUESTS
Guests are not permitted to stay with the tenant. Complete details of visitors should be provided while taking admission and if any special guest to be visited in the special occasions, which should be informed and taken permission from the Matron in advance.
HOSTEL DISCIPLINE
Perfect silence is to be maintained in the hostel premises including rooms, bathrooms, dining halls, corridors, common areas etc., Every tenant of the hostel should have the civic responsibility that he or she should not be a cause of nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to others.
MESS TIMING & RULES
All the tenants of the hostel should take their food in the allotted mess only.The meal timings are displayed at the entrance of the dining hall. These timings are to be strictly adhered to. It is not obligatory on the part of the kitchen/dining hall staff to serve the meals outside the prescribed timings.
DAMAGE & RECOVERY
Rough handling of dining hall furniture, room furniture or any furniture / property or fittings of the hostel is strictly forbidden.
The cost of damages will be recovered from the responsible persons.
HEALTH CARE
24 hours First aid medical facility is available in the campus.
PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Policies
All Payments related to the Institute should be paid in the form of Demand draft or cash. The prescribed fees shall be remitted on or before 10th of every month.
Cash Payment & Receipt Hours: 09.00 am to 6.00 pm
Late fee will be applicable, if the tenant rent payment will be paid late..
Before vacating the Hostel, the tenants are required to inform the Hostel/Mess authorities well in advance in writing to avoid Excess Mess Billings.
